the valet service was efficient each day. i appreciated the service lights for requesting cleaning or quiet. getting extra towels was very easy. the beach area and the pool were also beautiful.
the only minor issue i had was the seaweed in the water. i wish the water had been clearer, but that's out of the hotel's control.

william k and gabriel greeted me warmly upon my arrival, it was a smooth check-in. the beach is steps away from the hotel, so convenient. the beach staff was very cute, always ready to assist. the room was clean and spacious with everything i needed.
the elevator service was a bit slow, but i usually took the stairs without problems.

the art deco design caught my eye immediately. the staff's friendliness was great. i liked the quality of breakfast, dinner and the bar options.
My only issue was some noise. it came from slamming doors in the hallway, a bit hard to relax. I wished there was better soundproofing. that would definitely make it perfect.

The hotel provided direct beach access. This was convenient. chairs and umbrellas were available for all-day enjoyment and the location was nice. it's just a tiny bit away from the busy south beach.

The pool area and grounds were well kept and beautiful. the hotel boasts an aveda spa. It is a nice touch! i noted there was a market and gift shop with coffee etc, a bar, a restaurant, and a covered porch.
